Building a comfortable connection is very important for me in the counseling relationship. I want counseling with me to feel like the "right fit".
What can you expect from a session? All sessions are around 55 minutes. During the first few sessions I will take time to get to know you, let you tell your story. We will create goals together for the path your counseling journey will take.
